Description:

Exterior wall compound sandwich board is a kind of light weight energy saving compound board material taking fibre reinforced calcium silicon board or cement calcium silicon board as panel, with cement, EPS, fly ash as fillers and forming by one time compound.  It can widely be apllied to exterior wall materials of various high and low buildings such as: bank, office building, hospital, school, hotel, mall, amusement hall, residence and workshop.

Features:

1) Energy saving

Heat insulation and heat preservation, Major materials adopt anti-freezing and heat preserving environmental protection materials with good heat insulation and preservation function, which could adjust the indoor temperature at a constant range, thus achieving the effects of ecological adjustment.

2) Solid and thin

The thickness of  wall materials are in the range of  60mm-180mm. The weight is only 1/12 of traditional wall body, save the cost on construction structure.

3) Sound insulation:  The inside constructional material (EPS polystyrene grain) has fine sound insulation and sound-absorbing functions.

The whole intension of daquan board  is high, the earthquake resistance function is dozens times higher than block masonry wall, the shock resistance function is several times higher than other blocks, it can be nailed directly or have expansion bolt to lift and hang heavies, it can also be covered by ceramic tile, wall paper, wood panel, coating etc
